👋 Hey there, I’m Coralie Reid

Hey there, I'm Coralie! I lead the team at One Agency The Property Specialists Limited (Mackenzie), the most recommended and referred-to agency in Twizel. I'm a real estate agent with over 8 years of experience selling properties in Twizel, Fairlie, Burkes Pass, Lake Tekapo, Lake Ohau, and Omarama. I love helping clients find their dream home or sell their property for top dollar. My passion for real estate started at a young age when I used to help my parents flip houses, and since then, I've developed a keen eye for potential and a talent for matching people with their perfect property.

When I'm not working, you can find me exploring the beautiful Mackenzie District with my family and dogs, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or practising yoga. 👋 I'm Tim!

I'm Coralie’s wingman both at work and at home, we work extremely well together. We have played and worked together for 15 years and been based in Twizel since 2008.

I'm the signage guru in our team, I install signage for maximum street appeal and that won't blow down in a Mackenzie north-west wind.

You'll usually spot me around in my truck with our 'Coco' the chocolate Labrador, his practical manner is a team asset that benefits both Coralie and her clients.

I'm the virtual assistant/admin/behind the computer lady and the team’s support to make it all happen. I help with the admin side of real estate, it’s my thing and I love it.

When I do emerge from behind the glow of the monitor, I’m Mum to wonderful twin daughters. We are based in Timaru, and slowly turning our house into a zoo, with chickens, cats, a retired greyhound and our giant bunny. I’ve been involved with the real estate industry for almost 6 years and I still love every part of it.

My background in business and customer service has honed my ability to connect with people from all walks of life, ensuring each client receives a personalized experience. With nearly 8 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, my passion for property still runs high. Since making Twizel my home back in 2008, I've witnessed the town's evolution and growth firsthand.

When I'm not hard at work, you'll often find me wearing the hat of a dedicated mum, cheering on my energetic son from the sidelines in all of his endeavours, and during the warmer months, you can bet that we'll be out on the lake, soaking up the sun and enjoying all that Twizel has to offer.
